 OUR SCREENING PROCESS

 * All our candidates are personally interviewed in the UK or by one of our representatives in their home country.

 * We check at least 2 references on each applicant to confirm suitability and the competence.

 * All candidates have a medical report, CRB or Police Record check.

    If a candidate doesn't have a recent CRB or is in the process we will inform our client of the CRB status of the nanny they are employing.

 * We check and confirm the professional qualification of our nannies.

We register Nannies if they hold a minimum 2-3 years solid childcare experience, otherwise they can register as au pairs, mothers helps or junior nannies.

We also value the importance of practical skills and experience, because of that, Nanny candidates who do not possess formal qualifications are able to register with us if they have adequate recent experience in childcare.

We have a great success with our European candidates to help around the children and housework of our host families and are available mostly for 12-24months period.
